Job Description

The role will entail the following:

•To provide accounting support for specified Asset Managers and Contract Managers
•To produce service charge budgets in conjunction with property team prior to first on account demands being issued to tenants.
•To produce service charge year end reconciliation's and balancing charges.
•To respond to requests for information on the properties within the allocated region from Asset Managers and tenants.
•Code service charge purchase ledger invoices ensuring invoices are posted to the correct tier and expense code.
•To be alert continuously to the need for a high standard of internal control in all the department's operations and to flag any concerns promptly so that abuse is prevented.
