This is an award-winning, internationally recognised leader in healthcare design who are committed to improving the quality, sustainability and effectiveness of medical buildings through strategic planning, careful briefing and good design. They are now looking for an Associate to join their London office with a view to heading up an office in Sydney.

Their portfolio of projects include Mental Health, Acute and Primary Care, Health and Social Care, and Intermediate Care. They are currently working with the Department of Health, Health Authorities, Hospital Trusts and General Practitioners among others and are now looking to mirror this in Australasia.

They are looking for an individual that will have the enthusiasm and drive to promote and cement their reputation as leading healthcare architects and planners by taking the reins as head of business development and design for their Australasian/Pacific office.

This is a one-off opportunity for a motivated associate-level architect with natural leadership qualities and experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in both the U.K. and Australasia. The position will initially start in their London offices for a short period in order to get a good understanding of the design process and culture of the practice before relocating to Sydney, for which they are offering a generous package including health insurance and support for a work visa if required.
