Job Description

A Senior Building surveyor is wanted to manage a small team of surveyors within a well known housing association.

The Senior Building Surveyor's responsibilities will include:

-Diagnosing defects and specifying remedial works
-Managing programmes of work on behalf of the Association
-Ensuring that Contractors and consultants carry out their work within contractual obligations
-Liaising with Customers and Colleagues to ensure a consistent high quality approach to service delivery
-Acting as an ambassador for this housing association

The senior building surveyor will have experience in residential property maintenance and experience of specifying and managing contracts.
