A Senior Designer/Associate Director is required to join a leading international retail design and project management specialist at one of their three international offices.

The practice has extensive experience in retail design, implementation and development for retail brand stores around the world.

They now require Senior Retail Designers / Associate Directors for their Copenhagen, Dubai and Moscow office. Ideal applicants will possess very strong leadership skills, be extremely self-motivated, highly curious and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

•Acting as Project Manager for high profile projects
•Manage all budgeting and client relations
•Manage the teams within the office
•Researching materials, sourcing a wide range of furniture and producing commercial level FF&E packages
•Designing custom furniture and objects
•Working on presentation sketches/renderings
•Drawing and coordinating interior design drawing sets
•Documenting FF&E/finish specifications

Successful candidates should have experience of previously leading projects, preparing construction documents and cost proposals, monitoring the budgets, controlling costs as well as sourcing FF&E and finishes on a variety of projects.

Applicants should have strong design and detailing skills and be able to work with standard computer production programs. You should have proficient verbal and written skills in English and either German, Danish or Russian.
