•Producing client statements
•Service charge accounts and reconciliations
•Dealing with client/tenant queries
•General accounting duties
•Handle pre-payments and accruals
•Open and close client bank accounts
•To prepare calculations in relation to rent reviews
•To ensure that client rent monies are paid to the client once funds are cleared
•Liaising with surveyors, associates and partners
