Job Description
Our client, a large residential managing agent is currently looking for a Client Accountant with residential property management accounting experience.
The role requires the candidate to undertake the following:
•Deal with client queries
•Advising on budgets – ensuring they are loaded on time
•Producing service charge demands
•Undertake bank reconciliations
•Ensure correct audit information submitted and handle audit queries
•Prepare year end accounts to trial balance
•Report on service charges, forecasting, management information is prepared, budget submitted.
•Work with the property manager
•Ensure compliance with ARLA and ARMA
