Job Description
Our client a national chartered surveyor is currently looking for an experienced client and Service Charge Accountant to manage a commercial portfolio based in Kent.
This is working in a small team and would suit someone who wants to work locally. If you have over 4 years experience and have used a Property Accounting system.. please apply.
The role comprises of the following:
1.Dealing with client accounting including: timely transfer of client's funds, VAT reporting, bank reconciliation, and rent deposit administration.
2.Administrating of the direct debit system for collection of rental income.
3.Preparation of year end service charge accounts
4.Operations of purchase ledger
5.Dealing with RPI and Turnover rent computations
