Our client, a large property investor is currently looking for an experienced Cashier. The role requires experience of cashiering within property.
Our client, a large property investor is currently looking for an experienced Cashier. With experience of cashiering within property investment or a private practice.
•Understanding of bank mandates
•Understanding of law and practice relating to banking
•Understanding of managing rent deposits
•Good all round numeracy
•Excel and word skills
•Ability to work under pressure
The day to day role comprises of:
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Identifying and allocating receipts
• Bank transfers via HSBCnet
• Weekly BACS runs
• Issuing manual cheques
• Making CHAPS payments
• Managing rent deposits
