Job Description

We are looking for a Qualified Social worker to work within the 16 + Team.

You will be expected to carry a personal case load providing assessments, care/ pathway planning, advise, counselling, intervention, advocacy and other social service delivery to children, young people and their families.

You will be required to have the following;
- A minimum of 3 months UK experience
-Knowledge of the Children's Act 1989, Children (Leaving
Care) Act 2000 and other related legislation.
- A recognised social work qualification approved by the
General Social Care Council.
