Job Description
Are you looking for your next challenge in Transport Planning? Would you relish the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of transport planning schemes, with the prospect of putting forward your ideas and influencing new ways of working?
Due to our clients growing portfolio of projects they are looking for transport planners to join their vibrant development planning team.
You will have a good working knowledge of the necessary transportation software such as ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG and TRANSYT along with being able to manipulate drawings electronically. You will be conversant in Excel and Word and being able to demonstrate you're numerical and analytical skills when manipulating data using spreadsheets. The use of or an understanding of Microsimulation modelling would also be advantageous.
You will be able to work with others in the team and alone under the guidance of a Senior Transport Planner.
