Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker for a vacancy in a busy hospital in the Older Persons Team. This position is full time (35 hours per week).

Candidates must have experience working within a hospital environment, a background in Older persons would be advantageous. Knowledge of current legislations and Fair Access To Care would be beneficial, as would a working knowledge of Delayed Discharge Legislations.
