Job Description

Architectural Technician with Auto CAD proficiency required to join a small but busy architectural practice in North London.

Founded in 1977, the practice works on commercial and residential projects from planning to completion predominantly in the UK. They also have some experience abroad in Italy and Cyprus.

You will have the opportunity to use your minimum of 2-3 years UK experience to get straight into a mixed-use office and residential scheme close to the practice offices, valued at £ 6.5 million.

You will be using Auto CAD to prepare construction drawings for planning conditions and building regulations on the project, which consists of a U shaped building with a central courtyard.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a small and friendly practice where you will be working closely with the project and principle architects.
