Job Description
Senior Architect required to head up architectural teams within Education and Healthcare projects, at a multidisciplinary consulting group based in South East London.
Founded in 1982, they are one of the largest consultancies operating in the South of England and currently employ over 200 permanent full-time staff. Their Architecture division is an established team, who are commercially aware and interested in sustainable design.
Ideal candidate will be RIBA Part III or ARB Registered Architect, with 5 years experience; recognised CAD capability including 3D graphics would be beneficial.
The role will require excellent communication and organisation skills, presentations to key and potential clients, as well as contractor and staff management. This role will hold a key focus with contract administration at stages H and J.
