Can you deliver structures projects?

Lead project preparation, budgeting and monitor Health and Safety information?

Our client, A Civil Engineering Contractor currently holding the Term Maintenance contract for Kent is currently looking for a Highways Structures Engineer to work within the structures team.

The candidates key tasks and accountabilities will be to -
" Work with clients during early scheme involvement
" Prepare works programmes
" Accurately assess resource requirements
" Design temporary works
" Engage Supply Chain Partners
" Assist with the production of target costs
" Undertake site inspections prior to work starting
" Assess traffic management requirements
" Prepare H&S information in accordance with legislation
" Promote safe working methods and ensure all safety procedures are carried out.
" Ensure works are completed to specification.
" Maintain records

With past experience in people management and highways structures including bridges you will be expected to successfully deliver a number of projects on time and to budget. Previous experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications will be an advantage.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with extras and will not last long.
