This is an excellent career development opportunity for an Assistant Estimator to join one of the largest construction groups in the world. The company has a network of regional offices, operating within the UK and across the education, multi-storey car parks, healthcare, leisure, industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. Backed by a global £multi-billion group, the UK Division produces an annual turnover exceeding £300 million. 80% of this company's contracts are secured through repeat or negotiated business. The Assistant Estimator will be responsible for contributing to the preparations of the design and build tenders, assisting in sourcing and selecting of Sub Contractors quotations, calculation of site management and preliminary costs, contract appraisals and final negotiations. The Assistant Estimator will have an ONC/OND or equivalent qualification and will receive a basic annual salary of £18k - £25k, company car/allowance, private healthcare, pension, fuel card, and 26 days holiday per year. In addition, the successful candidate will benefit from a well funded continual training and career development scheme.
