Job Description
This small practice in Central London are looking for a Senior Technician to join their team on the north side of the Thames.
Proving to be something of an anomaly in the current climate, they have several large residential projects underway in Central London and also some smaller educational schemes including a nursery and primary school. However 70% of their order book is residential work and they are ideally looking for an individual with a background in this sector.
They are now looking for an experienced technician with a relevant degree or diploma in Architecture. Applicants need to be AutoCAD proficient and must have excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations. This is the chance to work on a large residential project already on site with a small, friendly and dedicated team.
