Job Description

My client is a multi disciplinary firm of surveyors based traditionally out if the South West and are a major player in the Residential Block Management arena. They are looking to expand into the London market and add to their small team based out of Central London.

They seek a Residential Block Manager to join this small but effective team to help with the increasing numbers of instructions they are receiving. The individual will need to have a several years of block management experience and be adept at the following areas:

•Setting Service Charge Budgets
•Attending EGM's and AGM's as necessary
•Telephone and face to face liaisons with the head of each RMC to foster relations and provide the highest quality service available.
•Attend court hearings for the purpose of LVT's as and when necessary
