A growing design consultancy in the North West is looking for a Hydraulic River Modeller experienced in the use of ISIS and TUFLOW for Flood Risk Mapping. Their rapidly expanding client base includes the Environment Agency and a number of the country's largest developers in addition to smaller house builders. The successful candidate would also be expected to provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and a good deal of time would be spent dealing with clients.

This is an excellent career opportunity to join a small but growing firm at exactly the right time. Though it would be their preference to initially appoint at Associate level, there is potential for Director status in due course.

As a minimum you should hold a degree in Geography, Civil Engineering or equivalent and have a relevant post-graduate qualification. In recognition of the seniority of the position, candidates will already be a member of a relevant professional institution (ICE/CIWEM).
