District Council on the fringe of London requires a qualified Development Control Planner with at least 3months prior experience in the UK for a 3 – 6month contract assignment.
The authority covers a number of town centres and large areas of greenbelt so you would have a varied caseload of applications, but more importantly, a very high hourly rate is on offer for the right candidate.

Skills
Requirements of this role include:-
 Must have Development control Experience;
 Must have Planning and Environmental experience;
Must hold a degree in Town Planning or equivalent.
