Job Description
We require 2 talented 2nd Chef's (1 live-in) to work in our busy city centre bar & village gastro pub both located in St Albans.
Both operations keenly focus on their respective dining offers, with food sales accounting for 30% - 50% of the total.
The successful applicants will be experienced up to Chef De Partie level as a minimum and have a basic food hygiene certificate.
Whilst you will be required to work to a core menu, you will also be required to demonstrate flair and imagination as menu planning and implementing specials will be part of your role.
All food is freshly prepared in house and our aim is to deliver quality food to a consistently high standad from a clean, well organised kitchen.
You will be ambitious as there is real opportunity to progress within a forward thinking, caring organisation.
