Job Description
Our client, a recently refurbished coaching inn in the heart of Suffolk is seeking to appoint a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie to its 8 person strong Kitchen Brigade. Within easy reach of both Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, the inn, which boasts a 100 cover, 3 rosette restaurant, is looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who can help maintain and promote the exceptionally high standards established by the Head Chef.
The successful candidate will be working under the direction of the Head Chef in this small (12 rooms) family run establishment and will have an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the consistency of performance in the kitchen and to a belief in the value of freshness and quality. Full use is made of local game, Suffolk Rare Breed beef, lamb, pork and produce from the garden.
Our client is looking for a (Demi) Chef de Partie with a passion for food. He / she will have previous rosette experience and will be able to demonstrate a consistent work record. All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
