Job Title Chef de Partie
Salary £11,500.00 to £14,500.00 per annum
Benefits Hours: The hours of work will be approx 40 - 50 hrs per week,
working a shift system over 5 in 7.

Company Description 4 Star - AA Rosette Small Country House Hotel with 14 bedrooms, a 40 cover restaurant and Lounge Bar.
45 mins from Glasgow Airport and less than an hour to Glasgow City Centre.
Job Description Outline:
The Chef de Partie works closely with the Head Chef in all matters supporting
the preparation and delivery of all meals for the hotel and functions.
Principal Responsibilities:
• To work with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality of all meals
being served.
• To share responsibilities of ordering, stock control.
• To be responsible for organising, planning and delivering the lounge bar
menu.
• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
• To participate in any staff meeting or training as required.
• To carry out such other associated duties as may be required.
Live in accommodation available as is excellent staff house at subsidised
rental.
Qualifications Required Requirements:
• Previous experience of working in an AA Rosette kitchen is desirable:
Specifically experience working in a small team of chefs or in a busy
commercial kitchen running own section.
• Previous input into creating and producing menus.
• Knowledge of HACCP + COSHH systems essential.
• Qualifications: NVQ Levels 1 + 2 and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or
equivalent.
