Job Description
Our Clients, a 4* Family run Hotel and Restaurant within easy travelling distance of Leicester, Coventry and Nuneaton require a Sous Chef to join its talented kitchen brigade. The restaurant prides itself on its outstanding food, excellent wine, good beer and great atmosphere. Successful candidates should have strong leadership skills, be able to demonstrate great cooking skills and should preferably have had previous experience in a similar role within a highly regarded establishment. The successful candidate will preferably have some banqueting experience and will be flexible about areas of work within the kitchen. He/she and will be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop their skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. All candidates will be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Live in is available.
