Head Pastry Chef, Michelin Restaurant, London, £35-£40k
Head Pastry Chef required to work with one of London's most talented Chefs. This one Michelin Star restaurant is looking to recruit a talented Head Pastry Chef for the restaurant. You must have the experience at Michelin level and ambition to work in the demanding environment of this restaurant. You will be responsible for running a small pastry team creating innovative quality desserts for the 80 cover restaurant. Ideally you will have held a stable Head or senior Sous pastry position in a Michelin restaurant and are able to manage the team. This is a wonderful chance to let your talents shine and to take the restaurant to the next level
