Exciting opportunity to run your own pub kitchen! To include all aspects of this such as ordering/organising/rotating stock, menu creation, etc.

We are a popular pub where the food offering needs to be built-up so, if you are unable to adapt to quiet periods (for now!), this opportunity may not be for you. Our pub has had a very good reputation in the past for food, so we want to build upon this.

We are a typical brewery-owned "local" and so we need traditional fayre, Sunday roasts, etc. but are happy to experiment with dishes, "Specials", etc. We can offer a live-in position.
