This small but rapidly developing dining pub with rooms is gaining a great reputation for quality fresh cooking. Located In a great village near Henley on Thames, Berkshire. We use local suppliers to showcase modern British food. We want to be one of the top 20 pubs in the Country, so if you have ambition, so do we.

About You:
We are looking for a people who are used to working to the highest professional standards. You will be enthusiastic and want to take responsibility for running this lovely pub. Either heading up the bar or floor, with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy in this role.

If however you are a chef with real ambition and passion for the business then you could work closely with our head chef with a proven record of accomplishment. You should be someone that loves working with seasonal fresh produce and quality ingredients. A good people manager and a team player.

For the front of house roles, we are looking for motivated assistant managers who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service from this Berkshire pub with rooms.

We are looking for individuals who have a 'can do' attitude and are prepared to work hard whilst having fun along the way.

Previous experience within hospitality or food retail environment is essential. The role will consist of

Coordinating promotions and local marketing activities,
Site openings and closing,
Helping with the training and due diligence of junior staff.
Stock control.

Salary package starts at £ 28,000 (Inc live in) with the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to 25% of your salary pa plus profit share.
Car available after a qualifying period.
