We are within easy reach of Central London (approximately 45 minutes-1 hour distance) and we currently require a highly committed and focused Commis Chef.

Our restaurants are described as a Great British interpretation of a classic French style, customers can savour the delights of our traditional favourites with modern imagination and new cooking methods. We provide a service of honest cooking using the finest ingredients proudly sourced from across the British Isles.

We offer the Commis Chef a fantastic working environment, provide them with continuous support including support, development and guidance. The ideal Commis Chef will have:

Chef qualifications
Some experience within fine dining or upmarket restaurants/hotel
Excellent focused attitude and communication skills to be able to deal with a pressurised and challenging environment
The desire to work hard and aim for progression and great passion for cooking

In return we will offer the Commis Chef:

-£12,000 per year salary (could potentially increase after successfully proving abilities after probation)
-If Live-In, there is an added charge of £40 per week which is deducted from the salary (for meals, laundry, water, gas, electricity etc.. this is still an excellent and highly competitive rate)
-Good sociable hours with flexible shifts. Average working hours of 45 hours per week
-22 days paid holiday and statutory sick pay
-The opportunity to progress within the company
