Job Description
Our client, a contemporary modern 175 bedroom hotel in the centre of London is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie. The hotel has a 110 seat restaurant offering a mixture of British and European cuisine and also boasts several banqueting rooms. Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective leadership abilities and should preferably have had previous experience in a similar role within a 4*establishment. In addition experience of working in a Rosette Awarded Restaurant is also desirable, as the Hotel’s Restaurant will be the flagship for the Hotel group within London. The successful candidate must be flexible about areas of work, which may include various types of catering such as private dining, table d’hote and lunchtime buffets. He/she and will be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop their skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. You will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK
