Project Type: Social Housing refurbishment and fit out. New Kitchens and Bathrooms

*Job Description/ Responsibilities:
My client requires a Site Supervisor to assist the management team within the Decent Homes Project. Due to commence in September, the project is to last for a period of 4 years and will include a number of phases. My clients are seeking individuals who are willing to stay for the duration of the project and will therefore be given the opportunity to grow with the company.
The successful candidate will need to have prior experience in the Decent Homes Project. You will also need to be willing and able to communicate with many different individuals & groups; this will typically involve tenant's in situ, clients, local authorities, trades & labour and resident liaison officers.

*Key Experience / Skills Required: The candidate must have experience in the Decent Homes Project, refurbishment works & working with Tenants in situ.

*Qualifications / Professional Memberships required: CSCS & First Aid would be preferred but not essential. It would be advantageous to have completed a Scaffold Awareness course.
