Project Type: Social Housing - Refurbishment (Decent Homes)
My client requires a Senior Contracts Manager to manage a number of large Decent Homes Projects. They are seeking an individual who has had a vast amount of previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the Decent Homes Project. The sites you will be managing will include total re-wiring, heating installation, new bathrooms & kitchens.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be managing a number of Project Managers on a number of sites. You will need to be prepared to communicate with all levels of individuals including, Site Managers, RLO's, Foreman, Site Operatives, Tenants and the client.
It will be the Senior Contracts Manager's responsibility to manage each site efficiently with the objective of maximizing profitability whilst maintaining the expected high quality standards. You will also need to manage all programs, sub-contract packages, project control plans and inspection and test plans. You will need to monitor all Site Management to ensure that the requisite progress and quality levels are achieved.
