Job Description
Synopsis of Role
A combination of inbound direct sales, inbound customer upgrade and outbound customer upgrade calling. Applicants will be able to offer an exclusive offer for Sky TV packages & cross sell of broadband & residential telephony packages. It is essential that the applicant have the ability to sell & be comfortable with a target orientated environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Available to work across 7 days a week (This means agents will also call on Saturday’s & Sunday’s)
• Hours range to 8.30am – 11pm
• Must have flexibility with hours and shifts
• Ability to switch from outbound to inbound at very short notice.
• Excellent timekeeping
• 4 months minimum commitment
• To hit client defined sales & productivity targets.
• Responsible for adhering to Client/Company security policy and procedures
Unique experience & knowledge
Essential Desirable
• Minimum 3 months sales or customer services experience
• Awareness of Sky Brand and British television programming
• Excellent communication skills. (Listening skills essential, must have the ability to problem solve using effective questioning)
• Experience of working in a target driven sales environment.
• Professional work ethic and responsible attitude

• Ability to work in a target orientated environment.
• Ability to communicate fluently (with excellent listening skills) and demonstration of empathy.

• Good knowledge of British Television – Channels, Programmes and Suppliers

Additional Information
Sky expect all their outsource partners to offer utmost flexibility as we can be asked to turn the whole team from outbound to inbound if call volume requires this.
They must give the 4 months minimum requirement. Once they have been on the team for 3 months. The SP will be assessed on their conduct, performance and re-assessed by Recruitment for any other Sky campaigns.
