Job Description
Our client is a medium sized Private Practice who specialise in the commercial and retail sectors. The role in which they are looking to recruit for is a senior taker-off with production of tender documents of various types, including cut and shuffle and computerised techniques.
The role will require a high degree of experience and construction knowledge. The successful candidate will interface with senior project managers on a daily basis together with senior designers for other consultants. The role will suit a senior surveyor looking to move out of the more traditional role of the project surveyor, into a more office based role.
