Job Description
This is an immediate freelance requirement for a senior Quantity Surveyor, to be number 1 on a £50m residential project in London. You will be responsible for all commercial and cost aspects of the job, including procurement, subcontractor payments, general cost management of all accounts and site preliminaries, and settlement of final accounts.
This would ideally suit someone with previous experience on luxury residential projects.
