Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

For this role the individual will be provided with training and development to fully understand the role, functions, IT systems, processes and procedures in all the following areas:

Credit control
Payroll
Compliance
Admin
Projects - This may involve looking after vehicle allocation during Fleet Controller's absence
The focus and priority of the Business Support role is to provide

Support to each area listed above during the normal course of business on a weekly basis to cover workload, projects or any business priorities and to take ownership and responsibility for the day to day working requirements during holidays, training and sickness.
Provide additional support for any ad hoc projects as and when required by the business by the Directors, Management and work colleagues.

Required skills and experience:

The capability to deliver work to a consistent and high standard to relevant deadlines
The ability to prioritise and multi task effectively
Fully conversant in all Microsoft Office applications especially word, excel, powerpoint and outlook
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Fully conversant with using the web when required
Excellent and confident verbal and written communication skills
Confident and adaptable to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and remain professional at all times.
