£18 p/hr (PAYE) or £20.50 p/hr LTD

A high profile North London Borough are seeking a Planning Liaison Officer to join their award winning transportation team.

You will be working on Major Developments across North London in partnership with TfL and several other Boroughs. Responding to all planning applications affecting the highway and auditing Transport Assessments and Travel Plans for Private Development Proposals, you will be responsible for guiding development through the Council’s Residential Design Guide and for the consideration of the often complex transport issues surrounding new developments.

A background in working on Developments and looking at the Transport Issues that effect them is essential and ideally, you will have at least 6 months UK experience.

This position is ongoing and as such, should you have a good aptitude for the role, you could be offered the position on a long term basis. You will be working on average a 35 hour week and the hourly rate on offer is £18 PAYE or £20.50 LTD.
