Job Description
Large company operating at the forefront of the transport, property and industry sectors and is one of the world's leading project and cost consultants.
They are current looking to recruit a construction professional to join their Consult Team in Leeds.
The Consult Division advises clients on the form, application and interpretation of contractual structures throughout every stage of project development.
From initial discussions through to closure, their specialists have wide experience of providing the advice needed to ensure smooth running of the contract, satisfaction of employer requirements, correct allocation of risk and resolution of disputes and conflict.
Consult has the resources to assist in any aspect of preparation and / or defence of a party’s dispute.
Their services include :
- Adjudication
- Arbitration
- Mediation
- Contract Procurement
- Expert Witness
- Claim Preperation and Defence
at least 10 years post degree experience, who has worked in a similar claims, arbitration, mediation etc role. And the will have knowledge of mining projects.
Salary £40-£60k p/a.
We also have a great benefits and referral schemes too! If you start work through BBT and refer someone, when they've completed their minimum period of work as a BBT Temporary Worker, we'll give you £300. That's the equivelant of around $720, and there's no limit on the amount of people you refer!!!!!!
