My clients are one of the oldest and the largest firm of Auctioneers, Estate Agents, Surveyors, Valuers and Property Managers in North London. Property services are provided to private, commercial and industrial clients, primarily but not exclusively in the London area to the north of the River Thames and bounded by the M25.

They seek an experienced and highly effective individual to head up the residential management department. The team is currently made up of 5 members covering all aspects of residential management. The portfolio is made up of a mixed bag of properties including Victorian conversions, new build blocks and single AST units. As a result the individual will need to have experience within managing all of the above, setting and managing service charge budgets, managing a team and serving section 20s. Knowledge of the North London area would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.

The firm sees this as a key senior appointment and thus the individual will be given every opportunity to grow the portfolio and the team in due course.
