Job Description
Our Client, a large International Consultancy, is looking to expand their transport team to build on their success. Consequently, they require strong senior level candidates with wide ranging transport modelling skills and experience.
The role will involve:
· The development and maintenance of individual traffic assignment models for appraising major transport planning schemes.
· Team Management.
· Preparing and checking technical reports, working notes, technical notes and client briefing notes.
· Reporting directly to the client and internal clients.
· Assisting the Transport Sector Business Development Manager with preparation of bids for the appraisal of transport planning schemes.
· Developing traffic modelling expertise within the Transport Planning team.
· Providing support to Technical Directors/Associates within the Transportation Sector and advising colleagues in other disciplines on traffic modelling matters.
Qualifications Required:
BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering or similar numerate discipline
Full membership of ICE IHT and/or CIT/ILT.
