Site Manager, Structural refurbishment and fit out. New opportunity for expanding Irish contractor. A leading building company is expanding in London and winning work in the £0.5 - £4m sector of refurbishment and new build.

High Profile client s make up their portfolio and they have many successfully completed ventures to date in the Education, Defence, Rail, Local Authority and Public Works sectors as well as many private and individual clients.

This Project is the refurbishment of a club and offices, so a good understanding of all aspects of refurbishment and fit out is required.

Your Background. Coming from either a Trades, Technical or Professional training the important aspect is to ensure that you are able to motivate both the Direct and sub-contract labour to ensure a successful completion to the project. Ideally trained on the 5 day CITB course with current First Aid and CSCS qualifications.

Salary expectations will be met to obtain the most suitably qualified person for the role on this project. Continuity of work is anticipated and stage bonuses and incentives will also be available. Only candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered for the role.
