Job Description
The job role will require an engineer to work on the design and implementation of highway related schemes in an urban environment. Duties and responsibilities will include carrying out site surveys, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimations, report writing, third party liaison and site supervision of contractors. It is essential to have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD as this will be tested as interview stage.
Projects will include highway maintenance and improvement schemes, traffic management works, junction improvements and drainage works.
