Trainee Manager

Tasks:
 Market research to find potential customers
 Segmentation of clients
 Looking for new sales possibilities
 Extending of markets
 Direct marketing
 Building relationships with customers
 Preparing presentations and offers of products for clients
 Operation sales management software system
 Negotiations with customers/suppliers
 Electronic marketing (preparing advertisements, e-commerce, win fax)
 Personnel management in the department
 General office administration

Requirements:
 Good communication skills
 Ambitious to succeed
 Excellent negotiating and persuading skills
 Good at dealing with people
 Able to work to targets and perform under pressure
 Good team player
 Eager to generate a substantial income

 Good salary : basic salary £14,000 (p.a.) + Bonus + Commission
