Job Description
My client is an established multi disciplinary Private Practice based in Fulham. They have a specialist block management managing a portfolio of 3000 units located throughout new build and period conversion blocks of varying size. Clients include foreign governments, charities, trusts, banks, building societies, public and private companies and local government.
The role will entail dealing with all aspects of Residential Block Management including insurance claims, Service Charge Budgets, manging onsite staff and attracting new business. Candidates must have experience within these fields.
Reporting directly to the partners.
