Assistant Manager Operations Sussex £18,000

Our client seeks a hotelier with the ability to offer support to the Deputy General Manager in the day to day front of house management of this prestigious TOP 200 hotel. Ideally you will be conversant with reservation procedures, stock control and inventory preparation. As your responsibilities shall cross each area of the operation you should be an excellent communicator.
