Chef de Partie required for this busy Country House Hotel for their recently launched modern Brasserie Restaurant, Private Dining and Banqueting (upto 200 covers) serving good standard fresh 2 Rosette Cuisine.

As Chef de Partie you would be responsible for the smooth Running of your given section, completion of MEP, menu input, ordering etc other duties will include assisting with training of juniors.
