Chef De Partie Michelin / 3 – 4 Rosettes Buckinghamshire £18,000 - £20,000 + Live in

Chef de Partie required for this highly accoladed ‘Top 50 Hotels' As Chef de Partie you will be expected to have good all-round experience in most if not all sections at this level.

The hotel operates a 30 cover fine dining restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner

As Chef de Partie your daily duties will involve working in your given section, ensuring all M.E.P / Prep is completed allocating jobs to and training Commis and Demi CDP's.

The Chef who is well known to the Michelin Inspectors and has recently previously held a Michelin Star as Head Chef and worked at a senior Level in 2 and 3 Star Michelin Properties. He Narrowly missed out on a Star this year because he has recently been appointed and although not guaranteed; is sure to gain a Star in the next Michelin guide.
