Job Description

Long-term contracts (up to 9 months) are currently available for qualified RIBA Part 3 Architects & experienced Assistant Architects. A London Bridge based multi-disciplinary architectural practice whose current portfolio includes educational, defence and commercial projects currently quality contractors who meet the following criteria;

1. RIBA Part 3 or Part 2 with a minimum of 5 years post grad experience in the UK and specific experience planning and designing educational projects. The successful candidate must be capable of running projects ranging from £3 million to £12 million in value and of managing the project team.

2. Job runner with Part 3 or Part 2 qualifications and UK project experience in particular defence projects. Responsibilities will include running projects, managing the team and coordinating consultants.

3. Senior Architectural Technician with strong technical skills and a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. Prior defence project experience is desirable but not essential.
