Company Overview
Our client was formed as a joint venture between three established and successful facilities management (FM) contractors.

The springboard for our clients launch was the opportunity to deliver contract FM services.

Duties
A Facilities Manager is required for a short term contract. You will be expected to support and mentor a team of newly promoted Facilities staff.

There may be a possibility of the position being made permanent but this will be confirmed at a later date.

Person Specification
You will be from a Facilities Management background and have been in a position managing people before.
