Project Management is a key function in maintaining the effective and efficient operation of this consultant and the Project Manager has key objectives to fulfil.

The successful candidate will report to their Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager.

You will be required promote and instil financial and production discipline in managing the commercial interest through the delivery of a project or group of projects to agreed scope, timescales and budget.

You will need to excel in Client Relationship Management and Solution Management, delivering solutions with the right balance of Performance, Risk and Cost under the best commercial terms.

You will be required to demonstrate a combination of flair, inter-personal skills, disciplines and the ability to face up to hard decisions. Those who undertake it must be aware of the significant expectations and accountability placed on them and able to manage a number of projects at any one time depending on size and complexity.

To be successful in this role you must be able to provide the Senior Project Manager timely and accurate information/reports on issues pertaining to the project delivery, CRM and wider business interests (revenue/ cost/ progress/ risk/ EVA/ change or compensation management/ backlog/ invoicing/ aged debt/ new opportunities) both as YTD and as forecasts. In addition you will also need to provide timely and comprehensive information to the Finance Department.

You will be required to provide (face to face) the client’s representative timely (at least monthly), accurate and comprehensive documented progress reports including EVA (where appropriate).

It is essential that you are able to establish and maintain effective trust-based, working face to face relationships with Client’s representatives and stakeholders ensuring Client Representatives needs are understood and exceeded.
