Job Description
Our client is looking for someone to administrate every aspect of the delivery (including profitability) of large signage projects, including understanding the project requirements, ensuring that signs are produced, fitted and billed in a timely manner and that documentation is thorough and complete.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce sales contracts
* Draft relevant planning and montoring documentation
* Create, amend and update project-specific documentation
* Submit agreed records to accounts to allow them to bill accordingly to meet qualifying dates
* Produce formal communications and assurance information as and when required
* To have working knowledge and where required process internal documentation onto and through the appropriate software applications
* Monitor the production of signage
* Plan, monitor and adjust the fixing schedules
* Work closely with Sales team
* Confirm that project profitability and margins achieve company objectives
The successful candidate will:
* Communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing
* Produce the highest standard of work and to deadlines
* Control projects and ensure accurate records are kept
* Plan and prioritise workload
* Achieve set individual / team / company goals and objectives
* Be highly organised, precise and methodical
