Job Description
Traffic Management Manager. New position for established Contractor.
Site based in East London, with easy access from the DLR, to oversee all construction deliveries and transport movements to multiple site entrances.
You will need to have good communication skills, be able to organise and co-ordinate all road deliveries and supervise directly employed staff, banksmen, labourers and gatesmen.
Background. Preference will be given to someone who can demonstrate experience in a similar role, who has had experience of gaining respect by leadership. No formal qualifications needed, though NRSWA and CSCS would be advantageous.
Payment can be on a self- employed basis as this work will run for some 6 months plus. Site hours are 0800 – 1800 on Monday to Friday and 0800 – 1300 on Saturdays.
Consideration will only be given to candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK.
